We’ve been testing our cosy comforters with customers!

Feedback from our customers is gold-dust. It informs our designs and helps us to keep innovating and improving.

Recently, we’ve been using the co-working space at The Studio in Bath to test our products with customers. Our testing process is constantly evolving, and we learn something new every time.

We had fun creating a cosy testing environment, covering every possible surface with blankets, and inviting people to unwind whilst experimenting with products.

We started with a simple tick list and a question: which features do you like best?

We know every person and need is unique, so listening to our customer feedback is extremely valuable. Everyone had a favourite feature, but everyone enjoyed the combination of them all and appreciated the quality craftmanship"!

Next, we took the opportunity to ask our customers if there we any other features they would like to add to our comforters…

We heard some great creative and innovative ideas that we will be utilising in our products in the coming future.
